Hi Brian, I have a problem with the record function as the "record" button doesn't appear on the screen when i select record. All the other recording features appear (recording level etc) but no way to actually start the recording. I tried the solo record function and the start recording button appears for that but not for the recording with the backing track. Can you help please. I've been into settings and allowed use of the microphone when using the app, but can't see anything else i can do. Cheers, Roy
Hi Roy - sorry the record button is not appearing for you. Some possible fixes ... are you holding the phone in landscape (sideways) mode? If so, it's possible the recording button doesn't fit on the screen without scrolling. To get it to appear you will need to touch and drag the screen up until it displays. Or you can turn the phone and use it in portrait mode, and the button should be available.
To be honest, that's the only thing I can think of that would be causing this. The only other thing I can think of is to close the app and re-open it, possibly it's encountered some kind of error.
