Hi singers -

I wanted to give you an update on where we're at with the PartPerfect Beta Test.

New Features

I've had a short break (to get married) but I'm back to pushing updates into the beta program. Here are some of the new features available:

1. Better bluetooth headphone support with an included bluetooth sync test track to customise the settings to your particular headphone lag
2. Improved pitch analysis for recordings - run the pitch analysis tool after doing a recording to see how close you are to the learning track. (Don't be discouraged if your percentage is a bit low - I average around 75% - (ugh).
3. New solo recording mode. If you need to do a riser recording or live recording, this is handy, and doesn't use a learning track.
4. Crop Brackets for player or record tabs. Drag the brackets onto the waveform area to practice or record only a small section of a song

We need more Android testers!

I have had some issues jumping through the hoops on the Google Play store to get the app published, and the bottom line is we need more testers. Note, although the beta iOS app remains free, I have had to set a price of $0.99 for the Android beta app, as the store will not allow me to offer a free beta if I eventually plan to publish it as a paid app. Sorry about that. If you already have the app, you are good to go, but make sure you have the latest update by clicking on the App Store link below.
